San Francisco Province Strategic Plan
2004 - 2007

The San Francisco Province, ensuring its mission to the young and the poor, will, in the next three years, have these priorities:

To call forth, train and qualify religious and lay 
personnel for Salesian ministry.

To encourage and deepen fraternal life and avoid
a superficial common life mentality. 

To develop and form a planning mentality in the province.

To achieve and maintain province financial stability.

These priorities of the Province Strategic Plan will be addressed and implemented in the Province Pastoral Plan 2004 which covers Youth Ministry, Formation, Salesian Family, Missions, Social Communication and Economy (Finance & Personnel).
