Salesian
Centennial
The Salesians came to the USA
100 years ago in March 1897. Since January 1997, celebrations have been
on-going at all Salesian foundations, beginning at SS. Peter and Paul
Parish, San Francisco, Calif. In 1898 the Salesians began their work in
New York City. The concluding Centennial celebrations are described
below.
